Where can I download the app?

What are the minimum system requirements needed to use the app? 

The LJ Mobile App requires Android 5.0 and up, (minimum screen size 4.65”) Requires iOS 14 and up, iPhone SE 3rd Gen (minimum screen size 4.7"). 

How do I set up Face ID/Fingerprint ID on my device? 

For Apple Users: 

- Go to Settings, then tap Face ID & Passcode. If asked, enter your passcode. If you didn’t set a passcode, you’ll be asked to create one to use as an alternate way to verify your identity. 

- Tap Set Up Face ID. 

- Hold your device in portrait orientation, position your face in front of your device, then tap Get Started. 

- Position your face inside the frame and gently move your head to complete the circle. If you're unable to move your head, tap Accessibility Options. 

- When you finish the first Face ID scan, tap Continue. 

- Gently move your head to complete the circle for a second time. 

- Tap Done. 

For Android Users: 

- Open your phone's Settings app. 

- Tap Security. Fingerprint Unlock. 

- Follow the on-screen steps. If you don't already have a screen lock, you'll be asked to add a backup PIN, pattern, or password. 

- Scan your first fingerprint. The fingerprint sensor is towards the bottom of your phone's display. 

How do I login to the app with Face ID/ Fingerprint ID? 

- Log into the app with your email address and password 

- Tap “My Account” in the lower-right portion of the screen 

 - Tap “Login & Security” 

- Touch to enable Face ID/ Fingerprint ID 

- Enter your password and tap “Save” 

- Tap “Save Changes” 

- A confirmation message appears to confirm your changes 

How do I place an order through the app? 

- Log into the app using Face ID/ Fingerprint ID OR your email address and password 

- Tap the Search icon and browse for the product you wish to order 

- Tap the product to view the product page 

- Choose your preferred Unit of Measure 

- Add additional Item Notes or Label Notes (optional) 

- Enter the quantity using the “+” or “-” OR enter the number using your phone’s keyboard 

- Tap “Calculate Price” 

- You can now tap “Buy Now” to quickly checkout for one product OR tap “Add to Cart” to continue browsing and add more items to your order 

- Access the “Shopping Cart” to view all items in your order and tap “Proceed to Checkout” 

- Scroll through Account Info., Shipping Address, Billing Address, Order Summary, Price Details, Order Total, and Order Information to ensure all information is correct 

- Choose your preferred Payment Method and tap “Submit Order” 

- You will receive an order confirmation to your email address 

How do I pay an invoice on the app? 

- Log into the app using Face ID/ Fingerprint ID OR your email address and password 

- Tap “My Account” in the lower-right portion of the screen 

- Tap “Invoices & Statements” 

- Tap “Invoices” to proceed with payment 

- Sort Invoices by Number, Type, or Date then tap “Search” OR scroll through invoices below the search options 

- Tap the Invoice you wish to pay, and it will highlight blue, then tap “Pay” 

- Check the Billing Account, Billing Account Name, and Billing Account Address to ensure all information is correct 

- Tap the amount under “Payment Amount” to enter the payment amount you wish to put towards the Invoice or Statement using your phone’s keyboard 

- Tap to choose your Payment Method of Credit Card or ACH Payment 

- Tap “Submit” 

- You should now see a “Payment Success” with the Total Amount Paid at the bottom of the screen
